Jacqueline, Salim-Sulaiman to perform at PBL Opening Ceremony

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez and Music composer duo Salim-Sulaiman will perform in the opening ceremony of the Premier Badminton League which will kick-start on January 2nd.

The ceremony will witness stunning performances of Jacqueline and Salim-Sulaiman, who are all set to mesmerize the spectators. The presence of Bollywood stalwarts will ensure that the League ahead will be exciting and unforgettable.

Jacqueline will be seen dancing to the tunes of her famous dance numbers which will surely leave the audience spellbind. This will be followed by Salim Sulaiman performing on the anthem of Premier Badminton League which has been created by them and which will boost the audience/viewers to create the ‘Halla’ for the game and join the excitement that is all set to get unfold in the League.

This will be followed by more captivating performance on other famous compositions by the duo.

With the League just a week away, Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta, Badminton, President BAI and PBL Chairman said: “The Premier Badminton League will have the required glitz and glamour through this opening ceremony and will be followed by the high-intense sporting battles.

“I welcome both Jacqueline Fernandez and Salim-Sulaiman and look forward to their performance which will make the event memorable.”

The Premier Badminton League is set to start with a high-voltage match between Mumbai Rockets and Awadhe Warriors.
